TaxiTracker - Delete your account and data
TaxiTracker is published by RUKAPPSL.
Delete your account in the app (fastest)
1. Open TaxiTracker and sign in.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my account".
4. Confirm twice.
Your account and all its data are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone. If you need your records for tax, export your Excel report from the Reports tab first.
Can't open the app?
Email [rukappsl@gmail.com] from the email address you signed up with, using the subject "Delete my TaxiTracker account". We will delete your account and confirm by email within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, password, two-factor settings and recovery codes
- All trips: times, distance, start and end points, purpose and earnings
- All expenses and receipt photos
- Your settings, saved locations and odometer readings
Nothing is kept. Deleted data may remain in our hosting provider's backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten.
